David's Vacuum nationwide are permanently closed.  You may have lost your warranty but not the ability to get service.   The good news is David's did not make their vacuums.  The ULW models were made by Tacony.  Tacony manufactures Riccar and Simplicity brands amongst others.  Most independent vacuum stores sell and surface these brands and most if not all the parts, bags, and belts are the same.

SEBO also made a line of vacuums for David's.  Again, most vacuum stores sell and service SEBO with parts, bags, and filters being interchangeable.
