What to Bring at Drop-Off
- A copy of your sales receipt.
- The battery, charger, and equipment.
- Assistance loading and unloading from your vehicle — we cannot always guarantee an employee will be available to help.
Important Information
- A $40 estimate fee is required at drop-off for all equipment. If your equipment is not covered under warranty, this fee covers our time. If applicable we will provide an estimate for a paid repair and the $40 will be applied to that repair. If the equipment is covered under warranty, the $40 fee will be refunded at pick-up.
- We are an indoor facility. Please make sure your lawn equipment is free of debris, loose grass, and insects before dropping it off.
Reasons a product may not be covered under warranty:
- Out of the warranty period.
- User error, misuse, or abuse.
- Purchased second-hand or from an unauthorized reseller.
- Rodent damage.
- Normal wear-and-tear items not covered by warranty.
Only equipment purchased from an authorized dealer carries a warranty. Ryobi and RIDGID products must be purchased from Home Depot or Direct Tools Outlet. Hart products are sold exclusively at Walmart.
