About the Role

We’re looking for a Retail Sales & Customer Support Associate who enjoys helping people and thrives in a calm, customer‑focused environment. This role blends in‑person retail, light operations, and customer communication across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through online chat
• Recommend and sell vacuums, cleaning products, and accessories
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory
• Place purchase orders and track incoming shipments
• Follow up on backorders and keep customers updated
• Support the service department with customer communication and intake
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom
